  • Analysis results: brand monitor data, AI readiness audit scores, and action plans generated for your sites
  • Payment information: processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details
  • Usage data: basic analytics like page views and feature usage to improve the product

How We Use Your Data

  • To provide the ChatReady.io service — running analyses, generating reports, and tracking your AI visibility
  • To process payments and manage your subscription
  • To send you analysis results and important account notifications
  • To improve and develop new features

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate ChatReady.io:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • AI engines (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, Microsoft) — to query AI search engines during brand monitoring
  • Neon — PostgreSQL database hosting
  • Vercel — application hosting

Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. These are essential cookies required for the application to function. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

Data Retention

We retain your account data and analysis results for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data and analysis results within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for product improvement.

  • Export: you can export your analysis results as PDF
  • Delete: you can request full account deletion by contacting us
