Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChatReady.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

Description of Service

ChatReady.io is an AI search visibility platform that helps businesses monitor and improve how they appear across AI search engines including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, and Google AI Overviews. The Service includes brand monitoring, AI readiness audits, and action plan generation.

Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

Payment Terms

  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe
  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of your billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to analyze websites you do not own or have authorization to analyze
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service beyond normal use
  • Use the Service to generate spam, misleading content, or manipulate AI search results in deceptive ways
  • Resell or redistribute analysis results as a competing service
  • Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means

Intellectual Property

The ChatReady.io platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is our intellectual property. Analysis results generated for your websites belong to you. You grant us a limited license to process your website data solely to provide the Service.

Limitation of Liability

ChatReady.io is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific improvements in AI search visibility. Our recommendations are based on AI analysis and should be evaluated by your team before implementation. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. AI search engine APIs are third-party services outside our control and may occasionally be unavailable. We will communicate planned maintenance in advance when possible.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the application. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
